Timekeeping

Timekeeping is an optional feature that may be turned on by your company. This feature allows transportation providers to turn on Timekeeping for hourly employees and leave it off for Salaried employees. Drivers can access Timekeeping from two locations.

If enabled, the driver will click the Begin Shift block on his schedule to start work for the day
The driver may also begin shift from the Timekeeping page or Dashboard Page
Time keeping tracks 4 events - Begin Shift, Start Break, End Break, Finish Shift
Breaks are optional and transportation providers can either schedule the drivers breaks or allow them to start their own breaks based on configuration settings defined by your company
Completing Timekeeping events on the schedule will not show up in the day's history
